We met when Giedrė changed schools in the 4th grade, in which Marius was already in. After a few years, we became very good friends, however, mostly we were together when planning school events. By the time we finished school, we were best friends and we supported each other during our university studies. Giedrė moved to Vilnius to study geography in Vilnius University. Marius moved to England to study Electronic Engineering in University of Hull. Distance showed us that there is more tying us together than school. After five years as a couple and three years of living together, we got engaged and decided to build our future as husband and wife.
